Any person may fossick in a declared fossick area, where fossicking is defined to mean to search for minerals for a purpose other than for commercial gain to a depth of 2 metres by:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;(a) digging by hand; or&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;(b) using hand held instruments;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;</idAbs>
